K Beauty aims to keep treatment information,
product descriptions and prices accurate and
up to date.
Genuine errors may occasionally occur. If an
obvious pricing or description error is
identified before an order is confirmed,
K Beauty will contact the customer to resolve it.
Product availability
Displaying a product on the website does not
guarantee that it is immediately in stock.
Product availability is confirmed directly
by K Beauty before collection.
Payments
Online payment links may direct customers to
Revolut. Customers should enter the correct
amount shown for the chosen product.
After payment, customers should contact
K Beauty with their payment confirmation and
the name of the product purchased so the
payment can be matched to the order.
Appointments
Treatment appointments are arranged directly
with K Beauty and are not considered confirmed
until K Beauty has agreed the date and time.
Customers should disclose information relevant
to treatment suitability where requested.
K Beauty may recommend postponing or declining
a treatment where it would not be appropriate
to proceed.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment,
please inform K Beauty at least
24 hours before the scheduled appointment
start time.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less
than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed
appointments without notice, may be subject to
a cancellation charge equal to
50% of the booked service price.
By booking an appointment with K Beauty,
you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation
policy. K Beauty may use reasonable discretion
in exceptional circumstances.
